What is Culinary Arts?
Culinary Arts, simply put, is the art of food preparation and presentation. Students who study Culinary Arts are chefs in training, learning how to purchase foods, create meals, cook foods, and safely get them to the customers’ plates. Most Culinary Arts programs also have a focus on the business of food and on personnel management. This can be a 2 or 4-year degree.

Culinary Arts Careers:

Culinary Arts graduates can work at their own catering business, the local diner, a five-star restaurant, a cruise ship, or nearly anywhere else that people eat food.
